'Avoid running up or down a hill or any slanted surface.' Ok then.

Stretch and stretch again as advised by Jon below I 100% agree with. I am feeling a lot better. The baker's cyst on the rear of left knee much reduced, after 5+ year of being an issue. Roght hip pain gone (touch wood) these last 2 months.
Neck pain, gone.
Bow left leg now straighter. Am able to stand on left leg and balance quite easily compared to before.

Treatment: lie face down on floor, back arched, weight on elbows or hands for a greater lower back curve. Bring knees together. Force pelvis 'down'. Keep doing this every day until may 2045 for a pain free guaranteed future.

Also, lie on back, bring heels towards bum, raise bum off floor. Go as high as you can working glutimus maximus muscles (arse muscles). this gives a good stretch to the neck as well. Only head and neck are on rung. And your feet. Everythign else in in the air. You should aim for a 45degree angle between your feet to knees and straight torso.

Do this everyday till May 2055 and everything should be good.

ALso, touch your toes and make circles with your ankles, and throw in general hip and leg flexes.
