I guess he's half right., but it's not something he's thought through and come to this judgement on his
own, he's repeating a form of dogma, what he's read and heard.
You could have a world led by engineers (it's called Egypt), and one world government, called South and North America pre 1492, or China when they built the wall. True one world, today ... never going to happen as the people who make the rules themselves would not agree to 'do nothing but the best for all people and the planet at all times'.
Impossible to achieve given human nature. And that's before you even get to religion!!
