Speaking of Russians ,From 2011…. Rudi the communist mayor of a small russian town was discussing with his wife the precipitation falling outside their window.. "Its sleet" says the wife "no its water thats coming down" says rudi "Sleet" she repeats to which he replied........... What ? guess ? Rudolph the red knows rain dear.
