Was looking at the data from 2008... When the markets were rattled by events in Hormuz. 11/10/2007 SPX ATH 1576.09. 23/01/2008 SPX low 1270.05. A fall of 19.41 %. Right now the SPX is down 7.23 % from the ATH.
