Floor news! Lying on the floor could be pivotal .. no pun etc. in 'straightening out' my left leg.
I'm taking advantage of the summer to lie on the tiled kitchen floor and by golly I think I have turned my femer inwards at the ball joint pelvis.

yesterday morning (friday) I was not happy with the progress. I'd been good 5 days earlier, but since then not so great and I felt getting worse. By friday am I was sure of it, I was going backwards.
then I saw the video about lying on the floor, and lo, after 48hours of lying on the floor ... I'm not going to curse it and say it's improved and i think I've cracked it (no pun inten etc.) but it's improved and I think this time, this time, I've cracked it.
My left thigh bone, since ... well at least 2010 because when i came to to Jura and began to ski I could always turn left easier. This outward pointing left leg bone led to the bow leg, the inner problems with the knee by summer 2016 and 10 years later a complete inability to move anywhere without pain. Everyday getting out of bed became a balancing act and a walk backwards downstairs.
Years of trying to fix it, hanging upside down like Batman, inversion tables, swimming, losing weight, giving up sugar, stretching, now laid to rest by a tiled floor.
Funny thing is I did kind of realise this is what I had to do, but kitchen was a mess and lounge floor out of bounds due to fleas.
when the guy came to get the kitten I tiedid/tydyed/tiydied ?? up the kitchen, cleaned floor (that was covered in volcanic anti-flea dust ///
