Common, the so called resort fee at most American resort hotels is a rip off. They do it to avoid the stupid never ending taxes the US, its states, towns etc load onto hotel room rates , and to scam a bit more dough of course. And to make it look cheaper than it is. Nearly all hotels in BVI do it. We don’t , we have no resort or other fees. You pay what we quote.
