I would for example sell the motorways on a shared revenue system like the French. They would become chargeable but through number plate recognition which would allow variable pricing. Eg, trucks cheaper at night. I anticipate a price of £25 billion and up, better roads, greater efficiency and more fairness for non drivers and non users.
