net zero has totally ruined frogland property market. What was good is now >>> banal, bland, and also of

course total bullShit.

A house with an A rating ... they tell me it costs 800 a year to run. It is 85sq meter bungalow with white painted plasterboard walls, an aircon unit, double glaszed, electric shutters, a low roof and sero space. Neither is there a cellar. It has a 'sous vide' which is an empty space so house not resting in mud ... durrr, you'd never think the Romans and Chinese were heating under floor thousands of years ago.

Built possibly of air bricks these houses are very noisy to be in (hard floor, open plan, they are also very HOT In the summer and the 'heater' in winter needs reversing to cool the house in the summer. I've been told this nuerous times, but according to the whacked off whacky macron state, runn9ing a 4kilowat heat pump in reverse all summer is going to give you an annual 'heating bill of 800 euros, as 'it's classed A'.

My house meanwhile, remains cool in summer, and even if I build a russian stove that stays warm for 20 hours will probably remain a G classification as I don't pay dosh to EDF. This country is fukced and I feel like leaving and going somewhere where they don't talk out their fukcing backsides.

Here's another example
https://www.leboncoin.fr/ad/ventes_immobilieres/3056316366

Given a C rating,.. but try and find out how you heat the house, good luck, as far as I can tell there's a fukcing pellet stove in the lounge, and that's it!!

Another nice place with propoer underfloor heating, given a D ... because?? (also very nice inside, tasteful, nice features, stonework, niches, cornice ceiling rose etc. The blank bland 'au norms' shyte hole above, not even got a fking lampshade in the kitchen!!!!!!!!!
