Blackpool, Preston Sheffield, Swindon mayors already lined up to er 'build those homes'. + Last autumn, she enabled greater use of financial transactions ... money spent wisely by our public private institutions blah blah set up 'guard rails' of safety Additional 10 BILLION to provide, cough, 'financial Investments', "including to be delivered to Homes England" (what does that even mean?? ed] + 15 billion investment to 'connect' cities & towns (buses, train staitions, mass transit, metro extensions ... doncaster airport ...) + 4x increase in transport grants + major rail project to 'connect towns & cities - trans-pennies [vestite, surely? ed] + 3.5 billion somewhere else on another route across the north [where they all riot? ed] + Milton Keynes north/central etc oxford cambridge to get 2.5 billion for east west rail + Lichfield Brum & environs.. 'into wales' midlands rail hub ... unspecified amount of dosh + Wales ... 445 million for Welsh infranstructure 'projects' ... over 10 years, lol ... half a billion for Wales, over 10 years Devolved/devolution .... scotland, 52 billion, 22 Ireland, 23 Wales ... this is so Labour and London 'aren't responsible for any and all absolute guaranted future fukcups. (they will still be blamed by a demeted public) Energy, another total can of worms. Small nuke reactors ... preferred partner rolls royce, but essentially labour privitizing this vital asset/resouce. Zero forthought, zero long termism, usual gubbins to rip off tax payers. Talk of big nuke reactor wotsit C, being built and overbudget by EDF will power 6 million homes [is that it? ed] and 'create' jobs for 21,000 spotty concrete mixer operatives apprentices who will be out of work when job done. (doesnt' mention rising yields in gilt markets) 3rd pay rise for public servants!! she's bragging about delivering. Banning zero hour contracts, strenthening statutory sick pay, getting rid of hiring and firing practices (as she looks to drive small business out of their business) + upgrading homes to insulate against heat and cold. gives no figures, makes no mention of heat pumps and any inpractical issues and ruination for landlords who must comply +1st time in 18 years .... her gov has run a line by line assessment of what her gov spends ... as a result of that work and wider drive for efficiencies... she's foind savings, from closing gov land and building, reducing consultancy 'spends' .... 'been relentless driving out ineffciencies, driving out waste,' and she'll 'reinvest in blah blah + VAT on school fees .. she's happy to pi$$ money recolted up the wall on ....... free skool meals for all wogs under 25, lifiting 100,000 wogs and syrians 'out of poverty'. Breakfast clubs to 750 schools in 'initial rollout' .. that's it so far, 750 skools. + 370 million for school-based nurseries + kiddies social care ... she's providing 550 million of 'transformational funding' to make sure kiddies 'dont' go needlessly into care [what???? ed] + 130 million from dormant asset scheme with cooperation with 'the financial sector' [JP Morgan, ed] to er give kids culcha music trips + catch-up lift for de teachers of 4 billion quid a year [to aid early retirement and longer sick days, ed] + doing up 'crumbling schools, investment, 2.3 billion per annum to "fix out +2.4 billion/year to 'rebuild schools!!!, in enfield, leeds, weymouth ... (= thick end of 10 BILLION of thick end of fukc all) + Defence, 2.6% GDP/annum. +Health {pauses to accuse head of reform of being an alcoholic] recruted 18 billion new GPs - backs first ever pay agreement for over paid doctors - increases tech budget by 50% - 10billion to 'upgrade to digital age - shift care back to community ... so GPs can deliver 'millions more appointments - aid for violent missunderstood murderous retards - real term day to day spending to increase 3% p/a until end of labour term ... an extra 29 billion p/a for 'the days to day running of NHS"!! from the early part b4 I began to note down contents: ++++ total gov department budgets to grow by 3% /yr!!!! 3%!!!!!!!!!!!!! (no figure of out of control numpty gov dept spending given) .. to be paid for by 'tax receipts ....
