Speaking of which I ( Sugar Mill Limited ) am now a fully licensed contractor in the BVI after a year long fight with mindless officials who wanted us all to go on a basic building course before we could get the license even though several of the guys have high level qualifications and we have built loads ( including my house ) that has met all regulations and inspections.
