Putin proudly stated that now "Russia has one of the lowest unemployment rates among developed countries. Lower than in Japan, India, the USA, and Europe." Number of unemployed in Russia February 2022: 3,071,000 people February 2026: 1,636,000 people Wonder what could explain the 1.4m difference?
