'..neighbours as far as the eye can see' WHat's the profit on that I wonder. Cost of land divided by mumber of plots, cost of individual build. I'd say 4 million for the lands, 200k individually, all in for: legal, planning, drawing, materials and labour. How many chalet built, 40? 4million divided by 40 = 100,000 total cost per unit 300k CUrrently selling for 16 times that! GOod buy if bought new!!
