well I bought mine 18months/two yrs ago as mentioned, and wasn't particularly impressed either, hence why the 15ml bottle is still 7/8ths+ full. Then yesterday I thought give it a go again but I'd heard to absorb the oil under the tongue rather than swallow it. With the valium, plus a cheap beer 4% local neighbour Viviane bought round for me,.. 12 hours sleep. no tossing, no turning, no waking up for toilet breaks.
