As previously noted, there are a lot of flash cars here with Ukraine plates. Anyone who has had any interaction with Ukrainians knows that the place is riddled with corruption. To believe that somehow this all changed because of the war is a bit daft. Edited on 08/06/2026 at 08:38:11.
