Was a very long time ago. Our company (an MoD contractor) received the NATO codification data in some big files I seem to remember, needed to parse the data and then we appended new NSNs onto it and uploaded to somewhere in the MoD, that's all I remember. It all worked, eventually. Daily commuting from East London to Godalming rather a drag, although of course the crowd was going in the opposite direction.
