They actually sent the forms to my office in UK even though we have no residential properties. Mind bogglingly awful. Now to change a commercial tenancy, ( they changed the name of their company ) it costs £2k in legal fees and I have to do a scan of my face. Totally fcuking ridiculous. Tenant pays of course.
