OK, interesting. It's essential. FOr me a failure of myself combined with the french medical system I have

been presented with since 2010, but prior to that in the UK first back issue, 1999,. it's been a long road.
If you can do it yourself then it's for the best. You can do what you feel when you feel you need it, avoid stuff, be aware.
My neck is aching today.. now. This is a likely reaction to the work done and improvement made lower down.

So far today, after exercising and coming down various ladders 'backwards' or facing forward., I've begun to 'walk down the stair' (normal steps/stairs from the kitchen lounge.

Stand on stair.

Right leg first: extend and lower left left to place left foot on lower step/stair riser = no problem.

Left leg ... place hands on top of stone walls either side of stairwell for support.

Lift right foot, bearing the weight on the left leg advance pelvis, advance right leg out into the void, bend left knee,.. take the strain and on left knee as knee bends to allow right foot to contact lower stair ... aggghhh... trembles .. slowly slowly,. support...

Rinse and Repeat.

In addition i've been doing a forward lunge (fencing pose). My left leg forward, foot/toes pointed straight ahead, bend in my knee, some tension on my quads (upper thigh muscles).
Right leg extends back, trying to hold foot flat to the floor ...

I get a large pull in the muscle at the top of the inner thigh! This is good. It's why in February I couldn't lift my right leg to put a sock on when sat on the edge of the bed.

Beards on YouTube. Yes I avoid them, not sure why, possibly I subconsciously see them as tainted by the god botherer authority.

I mean Chris Bonnington fair enough, he's climbing hills he doesn't have time to shave, but man with beard and 'no real job' make bad medicine for Ten Bears and rest of tribe.
