Done a lot of research on this. Currently your only options are
Vitrectomy which you really don't want or laser vitreolysis which you probably don't want either. Both carry risks and aren't worth it for floaters unless they're bad enough to interfere with your quality of life.
This outfit are developing something that looks promising but it's a few years away from availability
