I'm playing the ball not the man, to borrow a phrase. He was an aggressive player and so it continues in
later life. But the point is, the charge of making someone feel upset. Fuck that, thin end of the wedge.
Also, subjective and subjection being bought to law and possibly leading to prison. You might receive a slight to your manhood from a black woman, it might very well upset you.,. good luck getting her thrown in clink for causing you harm and distress. You'll be laughed out of court and humiliated further. .. and made to pay costs.
Look at the state of society. Then tell me the establishment who are running that society (into the ground!) should have any more power over what's said and done, and are to be trusted to be sat in judgement on what's acceptable.
If you police offence it must be policed with 100% impartiality (impossible), and not biased against white working class folk and for the benefit of ethnic and religious (for the moment) minorities, wimin who whine, or green bike-riding 'white knight' disc jockies.
(I agree he shouldn't use the noun, nonce, as this implies he likes having sex with children. He should have stuck with something more realistic and irrefutable, an annoying twat, a pain in the arse %&!*@er, etc.) The charges against the women, I don't know what he wrote or shared or liked, comparing them to stupid animals? a meme? Big deal. As I say if you get into a spat with either of them good luck seeking damages for any slights they may disperse upon your manhood. It's double standards, again, and again, and again, and again.
