Only other one I went on was scary too. A Hummingbird Russian Mil-Mi in the Maldives, a few months after the same company had ditched one in the ocean and the crew escaped but 4 passengers didn’t. https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/30774 We hadn’t booked a chopper, but the island was far from the airport so it was cheaper for them to stick us on it. Lot of rust visible, pilots barefoot…. Was glad to get off.
