whoh, yes indeed. Forgot the cost of road infastructure, but even so , 160 units, build cost average (pre divoc ukraine inflation) of probably less than 80k from concrete base to last flat roof bitume. POssibly a bit less. HOw much did they pay for the land? My 4million estimate not far off I think.
