Never a devotee of western Japanese restaurants but we have one here and we had lunch on Wednesday. Ramen i like but lots of ( forbidden ) carbs. Sushi I do t much care for , all tastes the same , though it looks pretty. So I tried the deluxe sashimi which is a collection of different raw fish with salad and a bit of wasabi , like a giant version of our tuna tartare. And much nicer than it sounds. It was very good, excellent proteins, no carbs, not many calories. I shall have it again. Recommend if you are passing.
