Quite a lot of effort to get chips this good. Peel, slice, blanche, boil in water, double dip boil in oil. I think I used half the spuds in the 2.5 kilo bag. I guess I could sell a portion for 3 hurues .. but I paid 2,99 for the bag so that's 1.50, then the electric and gas consumed ... To get real results my strategy would be to >>> Get chip production figures up Get chip procurement price down Scale up and leverage market exposure - sell into Monaco GP events, funerals, marriages, births etc. Raise prices across the chip board Hire team of Nigerian potato peelers, waiters (for events) & other operatives
