Of course the government has cut off one escape route in anticipation of this. Freedom of movement prevented by leaving the EU. Fortunately some EU countries , Portugal, Greece etc take a different view. Further restrictions on freedom of movement will be imposed by the communists and an exit tax is a certainty. Get out now.
