It's been blocked by CIty of London and EU doncha know. I can describe the clip as I am in the USA. It's a split screen, vertically, with music by late 80s early 90s synth pop sensation I forget who I think French. Left screen shows people playing volleyball on the beach, a mother and child, groups of elderly women strolling along the surf line, ole men chatting under palm fond sun shades .. that type of thing. In the right vertical pane it's armageddon at Monaco. It's kill all animals and eat them, it's %&!*@ in the sea, it's dog eat dog it's the worst thing you can possibly imagine or want., unless you're a Fabien or god bothering fukcwit etc in which case it's proof of end of times and Jerusalem falling as sure as night is day. Of course this terrible truth must be kept from tax payers as we need their money to fight the real enemy, the Russians! [And the Iranian sand niggers in the mosques we don't like, ed]
