re: march.. I couldn't stand on left leg but could walk and function better than I could after nearly 6
months of 'personal training'.
Have I made things worse for sod all? I wondered. Seeing as it was a problem anyway, like when I went back to the uk in 2023 for my mom's funeral and attempting to play a bit of football in the garden with the nephews and nieces.. disaster., but faster recovery. Prior to that, livable, but uncomfortable walking across airports etc. and obviously I couldn't run. Been unable to run since 2019 .. when I tore the achilles tendon in right leg,. ironically while showing my girlfriend how fit I was, how much better my left leg was, running around the garden in the old place and then stepping into a 8inch wide fukcing hole in the lawn !!!
Last week ... it was just total pain fest of discomfort from dusk till dawn,. after 6 months of exercises!! (I gave up on the inversion table after a quick go in June,. could be ok now, but for what was wrong with me still then it didn't help)
