Yes, back in the day we almost agreed to do 2 resorts with them. They have dedicated Aman junky clients who flock to every new one they open, usually getting 100% occupancy from opening. But they’re demanding Sod, they milk the deals. Sent our marketing lad to Singapore to discuss the deal with them and the cretin signed a deal without authority! Took some unwinding….
