He wanted the MD to do page3 we briefly knew him David Sullivan steps down at West Ham amid private life claims Sullivan vehemently denies allegations after co-owner steps back from hands-on role at relegated club David Sullivan has stood down as co-chairman of crisis-engulfed Premier League club West Ham United over personal issues. The unpopular co-owner and former pornographer is stepping back from the club “having been made aware of the impending publication of serious historic allegations”, according to a West Ham statement. Behind the scenes, Sullivan’s two sons, Jack and David, have been mooted as his likely first-choice replacements. However, there are understood to be reservations over such a plan, including from Daniel Kretinsky, the West Ham co-chairman.
