which it mostly does quite well (in my experience) by using the information gathered to solve problems i've had 2 occasions fairly recently where i've needed more than just info that i couldn't otherwise find by a browser search... a problem with my central heating and a linux upgrade that went badly wrong having described the problem(s) it suggested things to check/try and based on my responses suggested in a logical way something else and each time would show me the logic it was using to rule things in or out before finally deducing (correctly) what was wrong and/or a fix in both cases i really felt that i was communicating with a very knowledgeable and 'intelligent' real person so even now it's much more than just a super fast search engine and i'm sure will just get better and better also some of the creative image manipulation it can do is just fantastic
