Ouch! On a deserted beach so my outfit of the day is a Tissot ⌚️ and some Oakley 🕶️
Just been out for my second swim of the day. Water is 19.3C today. Beautiful 23c sunny day.
So I’m out about 100m when suddenly I’m attacked. Whatever fish it was grabbed hold of something it must have mistaken for a small worm and tugged. I didn’t actually see the fish, but it had a tug Bonnie Blue would envy.
I Weissmuller’d back to the shore to inspect the damage. Nothing seems to be missing but it feels a tad tender.
Only second time I’ve been nibbled by a fish. Other was a parrot fish in the Maldives who nipped a bit of loose skin on my elbow. I’m glad it wasn’t a parrot fish today!
