Methinks the Union hasn't thought this through The Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) in the UK is balloting its members for industrial action starting October 20, 2026. Key Strike Demands • Four-Day Week: A demand for a four-day working week on full pay. • Pay Rise: A 10% pay increase. • Working Conditions: Continued opportunities for working from home and a formalized "right to switch off People I know who work at the local Land Registry, a 4 day week would kill the lazy bastards.
