I did not know that. Running into that hole in the garden, I did know the damage done to my calf/achilles tendon was bad. I will always now know my calves have little hearts in them and treat them with respect. Giving them much attention and work out. But I won't see someone clutching a calf and think, he's having a heart attack. I will think, he's having a calf attack! Actually I was having calf attacks in 2015. Waking up in the middle of the night with massive cramps in one leg or the other, I don't think ever both at the same time. Early stages of calf attack.
