Gold breaks £ 4,000 for the first time. In February 2018, when Powell became chairman of the Federal Reserve, 1 Oz of gold cost $ 1,316. Today, the same Oz costs $ 5,582. That is a 76% collapse in the buying power of the Dollar vs gold.
