Just can't get the right spuds in the tropics
Same in Andorra actually. Can't get King Edwards, have to make do with some Spanish ones that have a picture of chips on the bag. Ok, but not the same.
Yorkshire puddings by the way are a pain in the arse at altitude. Difficult to make em rise. After many trials I managed to get em to come up big and fluffy for the last couple of years but lost the recipe so this years Christmas dinner ones were a bit Shit. Tasted ok but not what was required. Am I losing my touch?
