always annoys me to see 'developed world' instead of what they really mean, the WHOLE world. As if some
bumhole in darkest Africa somehow has higher national grid charges. In this way, Britain not that bad!! It's only highest in 'developed world' ... implication ?? .. somewhere else in the world prices are higher, I therefore feel better already.
