I expect it'll be settled out for a few million. He's never going to collect billions from them, but a public moral victory will do. I see that the commies are revisiting the BBC funding model, given that so many people are stopping paying the licence fee (even our very own Hammy "Mr Rulebook" Hamster), it's going to be tagged on to council tax or funded from general taxation isn't it.
