Dont think she meant in the conspiratorial sense that some claim the world is run: eg by Israel, Lizards, Nephilim, Masons etc Think she was pointing out that most of the stuff we use daily is manufactured in China. Another thing is the demographic time bomb in China. Worse than ever apparently, as young Chinese are under pressure career wise, they don't have time for relationships.
