Funny how the brain works...
Was watching a video about hiking in Yosemite (a place I always fancied exploring).
Chap says it's a 14 mile hike in total.
I instantly am calculating this in units I can relate to, ie kilometers.
I do the same if somebody quotes a peak height in feet. Feet ??
Wonder if anyone has researched this, how long it takes.
