Link's no good. I take your point about price ... but in a relative way, to talk about oil being too cheap is also incorrect insofar as it's 'only cheap' if looked at through the book cooking lens of made up inflation that for most hasn't translated into anything more than higher costs (and higher taxes) Is oil running out? I don't know, not in any meaningful way since 2016 I'd wager. Is oil price linked to politics? Of course it is. Is climate change electric car build back butter WHO WEF NGO save an asylum seeker hand wringing end up in a suitcase AI data centre gaslight central Starmerism a 'friendly partner' to the working man who needs a cheap car? No. Do we want politicians to get the fukc out the way? Yes. Have BP just pulled out the north sea due to them? Yes. Were people earning more/better off 30 years ago? Yes. Are we being conned? Yes.
