No but I think a log burner is in order for the apartment. Has a downstairs lounge which is very cosy. I think heating would make rentals viable almost year round. I just put on a gilet. Fleece or jumper too if it gets really chilly ( ie 2c ). It's all relative - been seeing locals in puffer jackets since early September.
