You've got the board in the kitchen there, should be good for 40years+ but a lot of the dun up stuff I

see, like here., lowest common demoninator stuff. No storage, feeling of low quality material.
Here to be fair, roof, velux, front door, windows, new shutters, all good material, and floor quality looks decent.
THere is a vaulted cellar which you can just see on the st view from 2023. Also a garden, 100 meters down the road. Odd this not mentioned, but then when you get such a flowery synopsis leaving things like arch vaulted and garden down the road out is ... possible. Hire a poet, get half the story [geddit, story? story?! stories!! ground floor ..1st .. never mind 'o)
