This was taken a month+ after his valuation visit. Barn not yet back with the house. If you click on 'alternate dates' in top left box you'll see the house as it was in May 2013, more or less as it was 6 years later when I bought it. If you go down the hill, past the old water mill on the right, and the goddamn chateau classified (that's not a chateuu) those social houses are on the rd leading up and out the village on the left. I've got 140 over 2 floors with 50 sq meter cellar and 50 sq meter loft and 35 sq meter garden and over 2 floors a 200 sq meter barn. Habitable space = 140 140 x 1,050 = 147k It's possible. If that box down the rd is 83 very possible. (everything is possible on a long enough timeframe.) (I paid 29 for the house, 17 for the barn, rip off notaire barn fees of 2.5k and 3.5 for the house give a total of 52k)
