Got a call from my ex brother-in-law earlier. He's got terminal cancer and gone down hill fast since January when he took a couple of manditory vax injections to travel to India to be with his oldest daughter, 'one last trip'. I last saw when I went back to uk for my 60th, 10 months ago. He doesn't think he'll make it to august, his younger daughters birthday, and wants to end it himself with an od. I told him it was ok to do that but he has to tell my two nieces first what he wanted to do. Not do it and then call them and say he was fading away. He said he'd call me before he does it. I am not looking forward to that call. He's now getting about with crutches. Had a kidney out two years ago, spread to bowel. Constipated, can't eat much, lost a load of weight, on codine, in pain, getting weaker. 59.
