Yes, just as undemocratic. The outcome can then be determined by a handful of loons with an agenda. Kallas seems to have a deep seated hatred of Russia (a bit like Nuland & Blinken in the US) Merz (Eichmann 2.0) 😮 Add in a smattering of elected leaders with perhaps questionable hobbies / peccadillos, who can be manipulated - Starmer, Macron? Even Johnson scuppered peace when he had the chance. Putin isnt backing down and IMO war would suit many in leaders in Europe as they could then blame Putin for EU bankruptcy and cancel the debts.
