Similar to Monaco. Took my mum in to a and e on Xmas eve suffering from chest pains. Straight in to private
room hooked up to ultra sound , cardiologist there within minutes. I am there to translate if they can’t speak English. Cardiologist woman shows me the scan , not heart attack she says, inflammation of heart sack, we will pump dome anti biotics in and see how it goes. 2 hours later mum is much better. Decides not to stay and we leave with prescription. She enjoys Xmas dinner with us next day. One week later she goes back to the cardiologist as requested. More thorough exam on scanner etc that takes an hour while I wait. All ok says the cardiologist , slightly leaky valve but that’s just age.
