Grey clouds likely floaters. You've probably had posterior vitreous detachment which is normal and usually harmless, aside from the floaters. I have the same thing. Worth getting checked out though as you might be at increased risk or retinal detachment for a while. Definitely get checked out if you see flashes of light.
