It turns out that of the 20,365 people deported 8,901 were Brazilians, not only did taxpayers pay for their flights but they also got upto £3,000 each! Not illegal immigrants at all (it’s a long way in a dinghy) but just visa overstayers. Kept they quiet didn’t Mahmoud?
