It's theft on behalf of state (they gain the 52% of 30cent rise). The thing about Cuba and North Korea is they don't say one thing and do the other. ... not so much in Cuba's case,.. north korea are jut nutz. But they don't morally lecture you on how to be good, save planet, contribute to charity, pay taxes on time, tell everyone how great they are. .. well maybe they do the last one but whatever! Cuba and North Korea may be two bit thieving corrupt regimes, but they don#t really pretend not to be.
