Hoodathunk Teenager who stabbed Harvey Willgoose to death at school named Judge lifts anonymity order on Mohammed Umar Khan The 15-year-old boy who murdered Harvey Willgoose has been named as Mohammed Umar Khan. A judge has lifted the automatic anonymity order on reporting his identity, meaning the teenager who killed the All Saints Catholic High School student can now be named. Harvey was stabbed to death outside the school cafeteria by Khan with a 13cm serrated-edged hunting knife on Feb 3, with pupils fleeing “in fear and panic” and locking themselves in cupboards during the attack. Khan was found guilty of the murder at Sheffield Crown Court in August. Jurors found him guilty by a majority of 11 to one after deliberating for over 14 hours. At the time, he could not be identified because he is under the age of 18, but Mrs Justice Ellenbogen has now lifted an order banning his identification following applications from a number of media organisations.
