As I've said before, I don't watch TV, apart from CNBC in the am. Prefer films or listening to music / podcasts in the evening. It's 27 C here today and I'll have a swim in the Med in a few hours. Takes me about 10 mins to get to the plage as my knee is much better but not 100%.
